I would like to know how to add a list of categories (without search, just the categories) much like in this page https://ajaxsearchpro.com/woocommerce-search/
Is it possible? If yes, how?

Hi,
It is actually possible.
First you need to create a taxonomy filter – in your case for product categories and change the display mode to dropdown with search.
Then, if you don’t want the search intput, you can simply turn it off here.
