Hello,
we are using WP News Pro plugin for publishing, for some reason Ajax search Pro does not recognize this custom post type and it is not included in the search.
I have followed instructions to reindex tables and change settings but nothing seems to work.
Plugin we are using:

Thank you for the proper details, it helps me a lot!
It was happening, because on the search instance options the index table was not enabled, and this post type was not actually selected. I have selected it for you via the back-end access: https://i.imgur.com/BPliqHP.png
You should be seein the news results now 🙂
