ParticipantWill do. I also just left 5-star reviews on both platforms.

ParticipantOk, I will make sure to do that whenever I make an update to a product. I just tried the search again, and it is working properly for me, too!
Thanks!

ParticipantI asked if you installed that fixed version because I just added hydrate as a negative keyword to the two products shown crossed out in the attached image. They still show up when I search using hydrate.
Is there another step I need to perform beyond saving that product after adding the negative keyword?

ParticipantThanks, glad I could help in this case.
Did you say that you already installed the fixed version on our website?
Brian Andrews
ParticipantOk, thanks for the reply!

ParticipantWow, the difference this has made is very noticeable. I can’t thank you enough. Outstanding service and support, my friend!

ParticipantYes, I can see a noticeable improvement for sure. Thank you so much for the help with this! One question…I was using the other database because the way I had it set up, it would show, for example, any product associated with the word “creatine” in the results. But, with the indexing engine, it does not. How would I set it up now so that the products that are based on creatine show and not just the ones with creatine in the title? I used the product title because I was not sure how to do it the way I described above.
