The first link you gave me says ‘You can find these shortcodes on the same place as the regular ones, on the search settings panel’ however I cannot find this ‘search settings panel’ or that shortcode?
I use Divi as my theme and the support team may be able to help if I at least give them the shortcode.

I have another question which I can’t find the answer for in the documention…
I want to insert the search bar in my navigation bar (https://mixedmediastore.com.au) so it is visible at all times, as per the mockup attached.
Could you advised how to do this? My IT team asked if the plugin provides a template function? If it does, they said I can add this code at the end of header.php file.
Please let me know what to do step by step as I’m not a coder 🙂
