Does this solution work:
Writing an excerpt in my custom taxonomy description? It should be searchable, shouldn’t it?

Another question:
Can I somehow bring my custom taxonomies to the front of the search results instead of my product post type?
They are the actual results which we want to offer our user.

Ah ok, it worked with the normal CPT post. Taxonomy is still weird.

Hello Ernest,

thank you for your quick answer. I tried it and added the IDs of the product categories in the $ids array.
Then I recreated the index.

Does this only work with posts or also with CPTs and custom Taxonomies?
In the live search there are still those results when I am not logged in.
