Thank you for the details, it works now 🙂
You were actually right, the issue was with the occurence of the keywords. While the exact/partial title matches have a very high priority, there was such a high number of matches of other keyword occurrences (especially the word “the”), that it completely overweighted the title matches.

To bypass that, I have decreased other relevance modifiers, and increased the title modifier: https://i.imgur.com/biUDJWQ.png
I also recreated the index table to make sure everything is up to date. You should get much more relevant results now.
