Ajax PRO issues

Hi,

I just enabled the plugin, but I am seeing no errors on the site front-end. Does this happen on a specific page?

Our developer & host (Nexcess) said they disabled AjaxPRO which caused the issue & installed below plugin to stop the issue.

Kindly monitor, test randomly, even we will. You can check browser console or such tool if any issues occur.

Thank you! We were not able to replicate any issues, there are no other reports either. Let me know if there is anything.

Our client noticed this & the site froze again. PFA screenshot.
You are saying plugn its fine, we still see an issue because of ajax searchpro in backend tour editor, so we deactivated this plugin for now as we can’t take a risk again with site issues.

Not sure what’s going on! Ernest please check as we need to close this ticket.

The plugin is installed into the wrong folder or was renamed, that is causing that problem. The current plugin folder is “ajax-search-pro.disable” however it should be “ajax-search-pro”. Pre completely uninstall the plugin, and reinstall it again via the plugin manager, it will resolve the issue. The plugin settings will still remain after reinstallation.
