Ajax Search Pro not retrieving real time results when typing into search bar.

The Ajax Search Pro bar is not retrieving live results in real time. It will search if you hit enter / return, but other sites we have it running on it pulls results in real time as you are typing. For example, the keywords information should hit pages and display in the search before hitting enter / return.

Custom Ajax Handler Off
Tried changing theme with no luck
Deactivated and reactivated Ajax Search Pro, no luck
Disabled all other plugins and tested, no luck.

Are there any other steps that you would recommend or can suggest?

Thank you for all the details!

I assume you are reffering to the search box from the screenshot, which is in the site header.
The reason it does not work is, that it is not the search box from our plugin – it seems to be the default Elementor search widget. First, you need to place the search shortcode to the page. You can also use a widget, or via a page editor.
