KeymasterAlso, please indicate what type of search are you trying to achieve:
1. Returning posts/custom post types by taxonomy terms?
2. Returning taxonomy terms as results?July 29, 2017 at 10:19 am #14045Skillsrenew

KeymasterHi!
Can you please check the account permissions? I’m not able to see the Ajax Search Pro menu, neither the plugins menu.

KeymasterHi,
Thank you, now it’s working.
The reason you don’t see anything there is because you have a filter on resume_type and best_academic_gpa, but there are no posts within those categories whatsoever:
– resume_type: http://i.imgur.com/qn0IqEa.png
– best_academic_gpa: http://i.imgur.com/UcMbWSP.pngBecause there are no resumes associated with any of those taxonomy terms, simply nothing is returned, as expected: http://i.imgur.com/IqNub2B.png

ParticipantMany thanks Ernest for pin-pointing the exact problem. That’s Genius!
Small help if you can – if you observe this link: https://www.skillquarter.com/resume/simply-hlw9iwutjf-andheri-west-mumbai-maharashtra-india/ ………… – the first option itself has ‘Best Academic Performance’, which has category – best_academic_gpa.
Still, it doesn’t show up in the count.Any suggestion please?

KeymasterHi!
That looks like it’s coming from the ‘_best_semester_trimester_annual_percentage_’ custom field, not the best_academic_gpa taxonomy.
It does not seem to be visible on the post editor screen, but that custom field exists for sure. Also, if you check, the academic performance taxonomy terms are not checked within the post editor on that post: http://i.imgur.com/Dk00hCi.png
Those taxonomy terms are definitely empty, and that other information comes from custom fields, I guess.

ParticipantHi Ernest,
Please check the link: https://www.skillquarter.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=resume_type&post_type=resume
It shows ‘Count’ under ‘Resume Type’ Taxonomy, still, upon filtering on this page, no resumes are returned:
https://www.skillquarter.com/Your Login credentials are still valid.
Will be grateful, if you could help out. Thanks.
