KeymasterHi,
Don’t worry, I have not forgotten, but please allow up to 48 hours to answer. Also, please note that customization (positioning, result pages etc..) are not part of the support, so I cannot guarantee any solution, but I will do my best to help you.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks, I was able to get the FTP details now.
I have investigated the WooCommerce results page, but it does not look like it is controlled by WooCommerce, the first section seems as it is some kind of fusion builder page: http://i.imgur.com/iPvFmBP.png
Fusion shortcodes have their own content, and ajax search pro cannot control those.August 21, 2017 at 6:58 pm #14413mahmoud
ParticipantAnyway, thank you very much,,

ParticipantI have confirmed that the problem is in AJAX Search Pro ..
When you stop it and then press Inter after typing the search word, open the correct page.
But I noticed something, that the first page shows some fixed products, then the products appear for the keyword search ..
Please see attached picture,,
The products that appear in the first, fixed products appear with each search, and then come products related to the word search ..
Please find a solution to this problem ..
I’m waiting..
Thank you very much,,

KeymasterHi,
I just tried to disable ajax search pro, and the default theme search simply redirects to the built-in results page, not the woocommerce results page: http://i.imgur.com/Ba2nR8g.png
The problem was within the configuration, the Ajax search pro was configured to redirect to the WooComemrce results page, I have changed it to the default results page: http://i.imgur.com/BC6bgYC.png
Now it redirects to the same page as the default search.August 28, 2017 at 2:53 pm #14541mahmoud
