The search logic changes are on the search instance options panel: https://i.imgur.com/YUfZvkj.png
The priority groups are under the “Prioirty Groups” submenu.

Make sure to enable the result page override feature, that should help with the items on the results page.

Yes, that should be set to on. You can change the return/enter and the magnifier icon actions here. I assume you are using WooCommerce, so you need to set them to redirect to the WooCommerce results page.
