Thank you for your response. User account is working now.
I don’t have FTP access, but I installed the “WP File Manager” plugin so that you can reach the underlying files. Does that work for you?

And by the way, the default search bar does find the variation: https://i.imgur.com/Ce9dyfS.png
So I think I am missing something here.
