Thank you for your quick reply. Maybe that is the reason why we cannot replicate on staging since no bots are accessing staging site. We have updated the setting and will run some more tests. If the issue persists will let you know.

Yes we already tried that but unfortunately we would loose our current secondary logic which is by pricing DESC. If we had 3 conditional logic for ordering we would be able to do so however with 2 we would change the current product ordering.

We do not mind hooking to any of the plugin’s filters if there is no way to do it through plugin settings.

We have already updated the backend to work for us. We just wanted to know that once we update the plugin with future releases the issue does not resurface.
