This from my dev guys;

Are there any categories excluded? no
Are there any category filters selected on the frontend? no
Are there any other filters, like custom field or taxonomy visible? no
Is there anything else excluded in the configuration? no
Are the posts statuses published? yes

It is a completely fresh install without anything excluded. The only thing that has been setup are searches. When doing a search the search bar finds the term in multisite pages, but not the posts.

We are trying to use subdomains with the idea that people will be able to search on any multisite site and pull through search results from all of the sites all the time.

Our multisite setup is as site.domain.com not domain.com/site .
