    Hi!

Have you enabled the Search for buddypress users option on the General Options -> Buddypress panel? https://i.imgur.com/3lucsJJ.png

Could you please add proper temporary admin and ftp details so I can check the issue?

I can’t replicate it on my test server.

Well, for security reasons i cant do that right now(may in a few days), but i realize that the search have an 500 error, I found on google this post https://wp-dreams.com/forums/topic/post-500-error-ajaxsearchpro-min-js/ , it’s very similar, so maybe you could tell me what was the solution

Well, I can’t tell without debugging unfortunately. It can be anything.

In case you had an older version installed, you should try to go through the secure update steps, it usually helps: https://wp-dreams.com/knowledge-base/updating-from-older-versions/
Don’t forget to open up each settings page and save them again. It might be just an inconsistency with the options database.

Mmm what I meant is that in one page there are more changes like texts or functions , something like that but both have the same version of wordpress ,buddypress and plugins, i think it could be the server because it’s old and maybe there are some libraries of php that are missing, but i don’t know which libraries, could you tell me what libraries the plugin use?? thanks for the help
