Hi!
Thank you, but unfortunately this does not let me save the files either 🙁

At first, I will try making changes within the wp-content/plugins/ folder (namely the ajax-search-pro folder). But I might also need to temporarily add some debug print info into some files in the wp-content/themes/ folder, I’m not sure about that yet.

June 17, 2017 at 9:46 am #13640Hi Ernest, it might take until next week to get the access updated. Just to check: is it no possible to update these files directly from the network Admin area as a work around? I thought it was possible to update plug-in and theme files directly there
June 19, 2017 at 11:07 am #13652Hi!
It is possible for most files, but it’s very unsafe. Any tiny mistake (syntax error, typo etc..) can completely bring your site down with an error message, which is then not possible to restore without FTP access. I rather not risk that, it would be very unconvenient for both of us.

It was an issue with the search, an unkown bug. I had a guess that it might have been something to do with a multisite specific setup, and I was right. It should be working now.
I will make sure to integrate this solution to the upcoming release, so you won’t have to worry about it anymore.

Now I believe you should start seeing the thumbnails, as well as the quickview should start working as well.I’m just about to head home, will answer first thing tomorrow (your other ticket as well), let me know if anything comes up.
