KeymasterHi!
Thank you, but unfortunately this does not let me save the files either 🙁

KeymasterHi!
At first, I will try making changes within the wp-content/plugins/ folder (namely the ajax-search-pro folder). But I might also need to temporarily add some debug print info into some files in the wp-content/themes/ folder, I’m not sure about that yet.

ParticipantHi Ernest, it might take until next week to get the access updated. Just to check: is it no possible to update these files directly from the network Admin area as a work around? I thought it was possible to update plug-in and theme files directly there

KeymasterHi!
It is possible for most files, but it’s very unsafe. Any tiny mistake (syntax error, typo etc..) can completely bring your site down with an error message, which is then not possible to restore without FTP access. I rather not risk that, it would be very unconvenient for both of us.

KeymasterThank you very much for sorting this out, I have actually found and fixed the issue!
It was an issue with the search, an unkown bug. I had a guess that it might have been something to do with a multisite specific setup, and I was right. It should be working now.
I will make sure to integrate this solution to the upcoming release, so you won’t have to worry about it anymore.

KeymasterIndeed, my mistake, I forgot to change something within the same code part that caused the previous issue.
Now I believe you should start seeing the thumbnails, as well as the quickview should start working as well.I’m just about to head home, will answer first thing tomorrow (your other ticket as well), let me know if anything comes up.
