KeymasterHi,
I’m so sorry – we were on a brief vacation, I just closed up the ticket system before yours was submitted.
This is a known issue with the latest update, the new patch is due to release today fixing this issue. I am attaching the update to this reply so you can get it earlier.

KeymasterIn that case make sure that post type is not selected here, that’s a better and much faster option.

KeymasterHi Pierre,
It is due to a known issue on some installations, it will be patched in next weeks release, sorry about that.
I have installed a quickfixed version for you, now it should be working all right. It will be permanently fixed in 4.26.13

KeymasterHi,
Most of the elements we could make accessible we did, but unfortunately some elements are out of our control – that includes the calendar, range slider filters, Isotope layout. Those are provided via 3rd party scripts and code and we can’t change the output without making them unusable.
We are constantly switching to newer/better alternatives whenever possible, these are probably the last remaining dependencies without better alternatives at this time.

KeymasterWhen I look at the source code, I’m seeing 0 elements in each filter when the search override is activated. Maybe that is the reason why it’s “hidden”, as it thinks that there is nothing to filter. I guess the other plugin can’t see the results, or is trying to fetch the original query, which no longer exists as it’s been overridden. I have checked and all filter elements say that there is 0 items, so this is probably the issue and the filter simply hides itself.
The only way to solve it and use both plugins at the same time is to turn off the search override.

KeymasterOn my end the filter is gone even if I deactive Ajax Search Pro completely, see: https://i.imgur.com/yUBuUqz.png
It flickers for a millisecond, so the filters are there, but it looks like it’s only a visual issue – somewhere either it’s container or a 3rd party script is hiding it. It’s definitely not related to Ajax Search Pro now, as the issue would disappear if Ajax Search Pro is deactivated.Ernest Marcinko
