Hi,

That I’m afraid is not possible. I have tried a few custom coded variations to maybe somehow “hack” it to make it work, but unfortunately this needs to be fully implemented to work (as the auto populate can’t be re-triggered through a custom script).

However I have taken it as a feature request, it sounds really good, makes sense if someone wanted to have the original results back. I will likely add an option to turn this on/off too. It is very likely to be added in the upcoming release, I’m 99% sure.

Hi,

It is most likely due to the minimum keyword length, which is by default set to 2. In the phrase “vitamin e” the “e” is then ignored.

Make sure to change it on the index table settings here, then re-index, also on the search instance settings here.

Same exact thing happens. I tried to reset the password with the other login, but no luck.

I don’t think the login/password is the issue here, WordPress would show an error message. Do you happen to have any wordfence/firewall or cloudflare firewall which may block me from logging in?

All right! The screenshot didn’t came through, but I think I know what you are looking for.

To get as close as possible, I have changed the filters layout to “block” and also disabled the switch for now so the users can’t make it disappear. You can of course turn that back on, these are the options I have changed for the settings: https://i.imgur.com/qJ07XJQ.png

For the results I have simply changed the layout from a hovering style to a block style here: https://i.imgur.com/v4h0NbJ.png

Both settings and results are visible, and re-opening the pop-up will not dismiss them.

Thanks, I have tried via incognito as well, but the same thing happens. The URL contains the login failure parameter after I try to log-in, but no failure message: https://i.imgur.com/B2VJSPP.png

I tried to log-in but the credentials doesn’t work. I’m not getting an error message though, it just refreshes without logging in. Will you please check that?
