ParticipantBig sorry! I accidentally meant the search results of the categories (which are noindex.follow), So: no dc problem just my fault: I didn’t realize that these pages are noindex.
But the problem with the statistics is still there…if I set it to “All” I get no statistics.
Did you see the ticket in the “related posts” section ? I bought your other plugin and have a question…
Bet Regards,
Markusdepad
ParticipantI found the problem in the search statistics: if you leave it to All it produces no statistics – if you select a specific search it shows the special statistics.
A possible bug ?depad
ParticipantOh, sorry – the statistics works. I think I made a mistake with the statistics. But the dc problem exists…

ParticipantHi Ernest,
sorry because of my late reply but I was away. Many thanks for your great support.
Now it works correctly. I copied the php code TWIZE into functions.php ad only deleted it once.
Therefore I thought I already deleted it.
Many thanks for your snippet. I managed to adjust the paraeters and now it really looks god.I have one strange behaviour (a bug ?):
When you go to my homepage and enter for example “Kinderprogramm” into the searchbar, on top there are the categories displayed which have this name in it. But underneath it says:
“Hier finden Sie alles ĂĽber Bayern (1)”
And underneath this sentence there is a Link to a post which is called:
“http://www.depasco.de/zauberer-tuebingen-zauberer-reutlingen-zauberer-metzingen/”But if you edit this post it is NOT inside the “Bayern” category. It is located inside another category.
The same happens for the pages underneath this page:
“Hier finden Sie alles ĂĽber Kinderprogramm (1)”
And a page is shown as result underneath which is located in the “Bayern” category. So it is totally mixed.
Do you have any idea why this happens ?

ParticipantHi Ernest,
many thanks for your reply.
1. To adjust the logic between the logic between the fields on the Frontend Search Settings -> Advanced panel: https://i.imgur.com/ZLdJkHA.png
I have done this before but it doesn’t work because I used tags (of pages) which actually don’t work –> can you make this plugin work with tags for pages, too ? Would be great!2. To center the search on an image you have multiple options:
If you are good at coding, you can create HTML and custom CSS code in the post editor and put the search shortcode there. There is no exact way of doing this, it depends fully on your environment.
Using a visual editor, like visual composer, which I believe supports sections and background images. You might still need some custom CSS code, it really depends on your theme as well.
I have no idea how I can do this in CSS – I don’t know CSS and how to code this – do you have any snippet or a website with an example how could this be done ? Many thanks…3. You should try the block layout of the settings box instead of the default “hovering”. The block layout adopts to the search width, but it also pushes the content downwards. You can change that on the Frontend search settings -> General panel: https://i.imgur.com/l3jxysG.png
I have done this before but the checkboxes and radio buttons still look like list-items – I want to align them in 3 columns – any idea how this could be done ?4. Unfortunately tags will not work with pages, only category filtering is supported yet.
Please: can you add this feature in a next version ? I saw another guy who wants the same so I think I’m not the only one who needs this feature – many thanks…5. In your previous ticket you asked if you can make a search without the search bar. There was a code you had to insert into your functions.php. That code resets the search phrase to an empty string, meaning it does not matter what you type into the search bar it will always search for an empty string””. If you decided to use the search bar, you will have to remove that code from your themes functions.php file.
I HAVE removed the code in the functions.php and the CSS-code, too. I have set the option to only search in title of the pages for the searchterm. But it gives me results without the searchterm in the title. I have sent you an admin access to my site. Can you have a look at the setup I’m using ? Many thanks…Best Regards,

ParticipantSorry, but the next problem:
I have created a simple search which only searches in the title of the pages.
When I insert “Unterhaltung” a german word for etertainment it returns different results but no result contains “Unterhaltung” in the title.
I created a second search (stadard settings – no change of any settings) and replaced my simple one: the same here: no results matching the page title.
Do you have an idea what’s happening here and why I am getting the wrog results ?depad
ParticipantAnother thing I saw now:
I am using a plugin to add tags and categories to pages. But when I set a filter with tags or another one with categoriesit doesn’t work: it shows me some pages but not the taged ones I wanted. How can I force the search to show me the pages with the tags or categories I have filtered ?
Sorry for my bad english – I’m from germany…

ParticipantAnother thing: if I have selected checkbox or radio button view in settings – how can I change the alignment of the checkboxes or radio-buttons ?
They are all underneath each other. How can I change the layout of the checkboxes and radio buttons ? (for example: displayed in 2 or 3 columns)Thank you very much for your support…

ParticipantMany thanks for your reply.
I have the problem that the search does not work. The circle in the searchbar rotates but no results will be displayed. I disabeled my caching plugins (autoptimize and wp-rocket) and deleted the gzip and deflate in the htaccess but still it doesn’t work.
How can I debug the problem ?
Or can you have a look at my installation ?
My website is http://www.depasco.de.Thaks and best regards,
