That’s just weird you couldn’t edit the menu, I’ll have them bump the resources up on the server. I did manage to recreate the menu item shortcode however and after a thorough flushing of the cache, it’s working once more. Many thanks, very much appreciate your help again 🙂

I have cleared all caches (cloudflare and the hosting cache) and made the config changes, but still no luck on it. Anything else I can try?

Hey there, just a quick followup on this, it is now working once more. I strongly suspect the customer themselves fucked around with how it had been done before so I recreated the menu shortcode and voila, its working fine now. Whats the optimial setup for the setting we went through before?

(and btw, my apologies, I had typoed the user id, it should have been davidh@admin )
