I was using version 2.4.
I’ll take a look at the newer version that you suggest. I really do want this to work, as there’s nothing else like it in the marketplace.
I successfully installed it recently. I don’t know what specifically changed, but a lot of my plugins were updated to support WP 3.9, so that could have had something to do with it.
I appreciate you coming back so quickly. Good luck with that. In the meantime, I am using Relevanssi, which does search bbPress content and respects s2member’s search filter interventions – probably, because it uses built-in wordpress search functions to some degree.
Of course, I much prefer your plugin’s elegant interface, so I hope to see an update in future that does the same.
