ParticipantOh, I thought I tried that first before contacting you but I must have done it wrong.
Thank you so much! We really appreciate the great support.

ParticipantIts not actually a big deal… I think I can just reduce the number of results being returned so that they seem more relevant in general.
Chris Patrick
ParticipantOk, thanks for looking into it.
Regarding new feature… would it be possible to add priority settings to the groups themselves? E.g. instead of having to aggregate scoring from the results within a group, there would just be some other mechanism to determine what order the groups show in (besides just menu order).
So either a static ordering that you can arrange in an option somewhere, or (preferably) a way to use the same priority rule styling to give groups conditional priority.

ParticipantThat fixes it, thank you very much. Well worth the price of support. 🙂
Just for my own curiosity (if you don’t mind explaining it a bit further?): I still don’t quite understand why it was giving the error it was showing since all the results were products either way… except I guess maybe category options at the bottom? I would have thought it would show the results up until the ones where it couldn’t get a product object.

ParticipantEverything appears to be work now, thanks!

ParticipantReplacing that file seemed to work, thanks!
Another issue I’m having is that the live search result displays outdated title link text. I tried clearing all my caches and deleting+rebuilding the index table but nothing seems to change it.
Updated FTP account path.
