That is very likely the cause of the issue. By chaning it to redirect to the WooCommerce Results page should resolve the problem.Hi,

Purchases on Envato Market are independent from on-site purchases, we are transitioning to the new payment provider (so we can sell multiple licenses). All previous purchases from Envato Market can be imported to your account via the purchase code. I hope this helps!
