The issue is the custom URL, the query variable “s” should be “asp_s”, because it’s a custom page trigger, like so: https://i.imgur.com/YrvVecg.png

Can you try clearing the site and the browser cache? Usually when there is a difference on ends, it is the cache or a browser extension.
