ParticipantHi Ernest,
That was easy. Is there a way to adjust the excerpt length too?

Dondonlange
ParticipantThank you, Ernest… that did the trick!

Dondonlange
ParticipantThat’s a cool feature, Ernest.
However, at what point can I run the meta_value through the PHP number_format() function so I can display these 7+ digit prices with commas as I have done in my WordPress template file?
Thank you,
Dondonlange
ParticipantYes, it appears to be resolved. Sorry about all the edits to the above post but I’m fumbling around a bit because I’ve been up all night.

ParticipantErnest,
This is awesome… it looks like it’s all fixed. I was working on the wrong search instance (I have three on the home page alone) but I think it’s working as expected now.
Thank you so much!

ParticipantI’m sorry Ernest, but I struck out on both counts.
Perhaps we should deal with one issue at a time. If you go to the site here:
https://chasebrothersland.com/status/sold/
You will see how the properties (custom post type) are ordered by my _date_sold meta_key. My intent was to do this on the home page as well, but in a different format. Please see the Recently Sold section on the home page:
https://chasebrothersland.com/ (please ignore the popup directing traffic to the customer’s current production site)
Thanks,
Dondonlange
ParticipantThank you very much for examining my page, Ernest.
Turning off the parallax background effect on the ASP section solved the issue and will be an acceptable resolution for now.

ParticipantSure… here you go Ernest:
https://chasebrothersland.com and scroll to the bottom, please.
It’s a work in progress on a development site but I really like what I was able to do with your plugin so far. I think the only way you’ll be able to see the problem is when resizing the window all the way out on a big display and then reducing its size. I haven’t checked it on a laptop yet but will do so right now.
Thank you,
Dondonlange
ParticipantThank you very much for the reply, Ernest.
I’ve been waiting to be notified by Email but nothing has been delivered to my inbox… or perhaps I missed my notification somehow.
Anyway, sorry for my delayed repsonse,
Don

ParticipantGood Day Ernest,
Thank you for the information. I look forward to learning more about your plugin.
Actually, I should apologize for not checking the HTML source code before bothering you with a trivial CSS question; however, I understood the interface depicted above (editor-css.jpg) actually inserted Inline style (using the style attribute) rather than style tags.
Just a friendly suggestion to eliminate ambiguity:
Your method of including CSS using the editor located at Theme & Styling > Custom CSS, is referred to as Embedded style in the US. Perhaps this is not globally accepted terminology; however, there should be a way to differentiate between the two implementation types since the true Inline style possesses the most specificity.

ParticipantThank you very much for the prompt reply, Ernest.
I was able to use the Export/Import functionality to accomplish my task.
Can you please indicate your time zone? I’m sure I shall have more questions in the future.
Thank you for the very interesting plugin!
Regards,
Don
