I see the issues now, the direction CSS is indeed overwritten incorrectly. To fix those issues, add the following custom CSS codes:

div.mCSB_scrollTools_vertical {
    right: 0 !important;
    left: auto !important;
}

.rtl .asp_image {
    float: right !important;
    margin: 0 0 2px 8px !important;
}

.rtl .asp_content {
    direction: rtl !important;
    text-align: right !important;
}
