When exluding bulk amounts of content, I usually I recommend excluding categories, but since these are pages, this is not an option. Also, if you don’t need post, then on the General Options -> Sources panel turn off the Search in Posts option: https://i.imgur.com/7PUeqlq.png
For the rest of the pages, there are two possibilities left:
1. To exclude the pages on the back-end on the Advanced Options -> Exclude results panel: https://i.imgur.com/45tcrK4.png
2. Explicitly include only the required pages via a custom code: https://goo.gl/pEu890
I highly recommed the 1. solution if the number of pages excluded is lower than the remaining.
