You can change these suggestions on the Autocompltete & Suggestions -> Keyword suggestions panel: https://i.imgur.com/zCpGTHO.png

By default Google API is used, as it’s the fastest and the most relevant, but you can change it of course. Currently it’s not yet possible to choose a file source, but will be in a future release.
