KeymasterHi,
Thank you for the details, it helps a log. I think I see the issue.
– On the index table options, make sure the “_sku” custom field is selected, then re-index: https://i.imgur.com/vJN4zXO.png
– On the search instance options, make sure the index table is selected: https://i.imgur.com/NV4lvIW.pngIf all goes well, this should resolve the issue.

KeymasterPerfection, I suspect it’s going to be fine now. Either way, I have made this into a bug report, and should be permanently fixed for the upcoming patch next week.

KeymasterYes please. I will try to change the lines in ajax search pro, then you can try to make a back-up and restore to see if it work. I’m not sure if I can replicate this as it depends on the server configuration, so this might be the simplest way.

KeymasterPerfect, thank you!
I have a possible clue. There are two suspicious lines, where the plugin tries to create it’s directories within the cache folder. My guess is that it may fail with the default permissions and defaults back to the lower ones.
Is it possible to get temporary FTP access to your site? I would try to modify those two lines directly, then you could test it afterwards to see if it the error disappears. If so, then I can include the change in the upcoming patch.

KeymasterHi,
Thank you for the details! The document didn’t come through, can you please re-attach it?
Please also let me know what permissions you need to adjust exactly (folders etc..), so I have a complete picture. I have a serious doubd that the problem is related to the plugin, but I’m more than happy to check.

KeymasterHi Greg,
The issue is likely because the “saved” block is not actually stored within the content field, but only referenced and then processed during the page view.
I recommend using the Index Table engine for this – it’s specifically designed to fetch the contents of the final page contents, and should very likely solve this issue.

KeymasterHi Jarek,
I’m afraid I can’t offer such srevice, but I’m more than happy to help if you have any specific questions.
I think I can recommend two resources for your specific case, one is this for a demo setup. And since you are trying to integrate with WooCommerce results page, then also using the shop page live loader feature will help.
