Sure! There is a way to “hack” that. On the Search Sources if you don’t select any post types, the checkboxes will be unchecked: https://i.imgur.com/kSXngw2.png
It’s not the best solution, but for now it should work. Later on the filters administrator section will be reworked for a more intuitive layout.
I just checked, and the plugin is not active or present on the page, you may have changed something in your theme somewhere.
The plugin does not affect nor change anything within your theme or anywhere else – it can’t do that in any way.

My guess is that the groups are relatively positioned and therefore the plugin is relative to the inner group. Then if the outer group has margin, that will apply, as the search is contained in the inner group. Clever solution.
Understood, it doesn’t seem that difficult to me, I only asked because there could be some native way in the plugin and that would speed things up here.

Yes, sure – you just select all of the sources you want, and that’s it.
