Product Attributes

Each subscription tear has different product attributes, depending on the price.

What does XY files/year mean?

This determines how many unique files can be sent to the server during the subscription period. This counter resest after each successful subscription renewal.

Indexing the same documents multiple times during the same subscription period is only counted as one.

What does the XY MB max. file size mean?

This is the maximum allowed file size to be processed by the server. If the file is larger, then it is ignored. In that case Ajax Search Pro will attempt to index them via the local indexing methods as a fallback.

FAQ

I indexed the same files multiple times, is that counted towards the limit?

No. Each unique file is only counted once for each subscription – even if indexed multiple times.

Some of my files exceed the maximum file size limit, what happens to them?

They are ignored by the media parser, and are not counted towards the file limit either. This is the maximum allowed file size to be processed by the server. If the file is larger, then it is ignored. In that case Ajax Search Pro will still attempt to index them via the local indexing methods as a fallback.

When does my maximum file limit reset?

When your subscription is renewed, the file limit counter automatically resets.
