ParticipantI set the search to search for exact matches (titles only) and to go straight to the first matching item when pressing the return/enter. Works really well but just before going to the matching page, it shows up this error message : The request failed. Please check your connection. Status :0
You can try it out on my site – try entering a french word such as “aller” or “maison” to see what I mean.
The error message is strange because clearly it is working as it then goes directly to the matching page. It’s of putting because it gives the impression there is a problem with my site and also because the error message is in English and no string for it exists in the translation file provided for translation so I can’t translate it (or change it to say something else such as “Working …” or “Going to the page now”)
I would really appreciate your help with this as otherwise I am really happy with the plugin.

KeymasterHi,
I tried to log-in with the temporary details to check your configuration, but unfortunately it does not seem to be working.
I also tried to re-create the issue, but I am not seeing this error message. I tried different keywords, but everything seems to be redirecting correctly. Can you please try to clear the browser cache? Let me know!

ParticipantHi.
I cleared the browser cache but still have the same error message. It only happens if you hit the return/enter while the search box is still looking for matching tems, ie before the drop down list appears.I have attached a video of what I see when I type “aller” (for example) and press Enter (before the drop down list has the chance to arrive).
I changed the password – hopefully it works now.

ParticipantCan’t seem to upload the video – is there another way I can send the video to you? e.g. e-mail?

KeymasterHi!
For uploading videos please use either youtube or streamable, as their sizes can be too big for uploading. Streamable is great, as you don’t need an account.
I have tried to replicate the same way, but I still cannot see that message: https://streamable.com/eddlr
I am not exactly sure what might be the problem yet. -
