The automatic updater works only on one site per purchase code to avoid pirated copies to access the update system.
It is possible to de-activate the updater and re-activate it on the current site: https://goo.gl/crofpL
In case automatic updates doesn’t work, there is a very easy manual updating possibility: https://goo.gl/vLXGpp
The issue reported had been fixed for a while now. After the update it should disappear.
