It depends on how these keywords are exactly stored – from the screenshot I am guessing that is a custom field (post meta)?
On the plugin General Options -> Sources panel you can disable all fields to search, and choose the corresponding custom field that contains this string: https://i.imgur.com/HHtpiIV.png
Under the Autocomplete & Suggestions panel you can disable both the autocomplete and the keyword suggestions (did you mean):
