Unfortunately I cannot use remote desktop software or team viewer for security reasons, I’m sorry.
Can you maybe set up a test environment somewhere I can access?
Also, you can export the search instances you created to a .txt file and attach them here. It would allow me to see your configuration at least, maybe it helps a bit.
