Hello,
The custom ajax handler doesnt work with cloudflare enabled, it throws the error 403 forbidden.
i tried creating a page rule from cloudflare to disable performance and security for the ajax handler php file but it didn’t work.
is there anyway to fix this?
Hi,
It is very unlikely that cloudflare is the cause of the issue there. We are using cloudflare on all of our servers and it works just fine. Maybe a specific cloudflare configuration.
I recommend looking at the firewall configuration there. Error 403 means, that the file is not accessible. If you are using a strong firewall config, that could potentially explain the problem.
