Ajax Search Pro Customization Page Not Loading

HI,
When in the searchbar customization page (Ajax-Search-Pro > [gear icon]) the preview will not open, the tabs do not open anything, and the tab of my browser shows that it is never done loading.
how do i fix it?

Hi,

Can you please make sure to upate to version 4.21.1, then clear your site cache? There was a similar issue reported by one user, and that had been fixed in 4.21.1, I’m curious if that is the same issue in your case too.

There was an update released just today, about 3 hours after you opened your ticket. Please check your plugin manager to see if the version number is 4.21.1
If not, the please update.

Now that’s fine. but another problem here…..
I need to search in attachment and the attachment post type doesnt show in the general tab.
why?

It looks like this might be a yet unknown issue with the most recent release – I can replicate this on our test servers. We will issue a bugfix in an hour (4.21.2), please update once you get the notification, it will resolve the problem.
