Categories and tags: These options are not available on network installations.

Hello

After the update to version 4.9 (automatic and then manually), I can no longer set up searching by categories and tags. To the Frontend Search Settings, Categories & Taxonomy Terms and Post Tags tabs I get this error message:
<span class=”code”>These options are not available on network facilities.</span>
Can you see what is wrong?
