Certain WordPress pages don’t appear in search results no matter what I try. This is in our main search:
https://www.ufcinc.com/search-the-ufc-web-site/ the first search index: Search UFCI took pages out of the index, then rebuilt the index. Same thing. For example, search for the keyword “migration” or “conversion.” These are shown on the page:
https://www.ufcinc.com/services/filenet-and-other-ecm-migration-including-laserfiche/I cannot search for and locate any term on that page. I changed every setting (there are a lot!). I can give you a dev site access if that helps, this is production that I gave you. Not a huge issue as we don’t see many searches.
Flushing cache does not do anything. This site uses Redis.
Use SFTP for connection.

Thank you for all the details, it helps us a lot.
I found the issue, it is due to the difference in filters on the dev and live search bars – namely the date filter. When I changed the filter to include posts from 2008, the results were almost identical to the dev site:

– Live: https://i.imgur.com/6IebWe3.pngIf you change the default value of that date filter to an earlier date, it will resolve the problem.
Best,

I was using Elastic Search. Truly, your search engine is better than that and without all of the hassle of maintaining another instance on Amazon. I was able to delete that yesterday on AWS. Thanks for making a great extension. I have worked with lots of them, and many different ones for search, in both Joomla and WordPress.
Thanks again.
