Hi,
1. As I have said in that previous reply, you can add temporary FTP access, if you want, I can check why ACF is not returning the missing values there. If there assigned items, it should be returned.
2. Unfortunately there is no way to do that. Repeater/object storage fields are not officially supported for filtering. We tried many different ways to get around them, but there is too much flexibility on how those fields work, and there is no good solution for it.

Okay, so the main reason that did not work was, because that is an object storage field, and those are not supported officially – only text based fields. ACF does not return the field choices for those types of fields.
However, you have added FTP access, so I have tried to make a direct modification to somehow fetch those post object. It seems that there are a lot more values within that drop-down now, but I can not guarantee it will work for all of the cases.

Items with matching titles are always the most relevant first when using the default “relevance” sorting.
