I’ve tried everything to have the search results in the header show as follows
Custom field image on the left (working)
Post Title (working)
The description should be the taxonomy of ‘specialty’Also, I want to get rid of the “other results’ area at the top of the search results
That’s it. Super simple. But I’ve spent hours trying different things with the Pro plugin and can’t get it to work.

Thank you for the details, it helps us a lot! I tried to log-in with the details, but unfortuantely they are not working.
The reason you are seeing that there is because of the results grouping feature. I see it is enabled, but I can’t tell how it is configured. Maybe you want to turn it off, or use the post type grouping probably.
The advanced title and content fields allows you to display taxonomy term items within the post type result contents. If the taxonomy is “specialty”, then this should work within the advanced content field:
{__tax_specialty}
