Error 500

The following tests were done
– tried to increase the search value up to 15000 records
– tried to delete choose editor thinking it might bother the system
– searched on search with empty fields and apparently it is set correctly
error found Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () of which I attach screen.

How can we solve?

Thank you for the details.

I visited the given URL, but I don’t see the plugin search anywhere on the pages. Error 500 can be caused by a great number of things, usually it is coming from the server side. Can you please link me to a page where the plugin is active?
Also, I would love to check the plugin configuration to see if everything is all right there. Can you please add temporary back-end access?
