It looks like the quote characters are being escaped incorrectly and it’s causing the problem. Instead of using the advanced description field, try puttin this custom filter into the functions.php file in your active theme directory:
Let me know if it changes anything 🙂

Please do not spam the support, I’m working hard to answer all requests as soon as possible.
You had major errors in your code, so I don’t think it was working correctly at all. I’ve tried to fix them, but since you didn’t provide FTP access I’m not able to add it to your functions.php file and try if it’s working correctly:
Try this instead:

Thank you very much for understanding, you are great 🙂
I have just released an update (v4.9.5) where I fixed the problem with the HTML content in the advanced content and description fields. You will get a notification on your dashboard, probably within 48 hours. I thought this might be something that helps you.
In this case I’m going to leave this ticket open for now. In case, you can reply here, or open a new one.

Thank you! Try the input field layout, as in that theme the input covers the box background: https://i.imgur.com/hjRMcRW.png
That should do the trick 🙂

Unfortunately it’s not that simple to add a feature like that. Word recognition and linguistics are way beyond a capabilities of this very simple and cheap plugin. There are services (google CSE or amazon) that provide such features, but it’s very expensive, and require monthly payments.
Best,
Even if there was a solution to add to the plugin, it would probably require huge amounts of computational power, which is beyond a simple webhosting provider.
