When the number of found items exceeds the search limit that’s been set how can I inform my users that they are only seeing X number of results out of a total of Y. Is there a way to set a More option so the user can see more if they want to. Or is there a customizable message that can be displayed that says there are more items. I’d want my message to say something like “There are more items in the search than can be displayed. Please narrow your search.”
Thanks,
Steve
Hi Steve,
It’s actually possible to do something similar. On the Layout Options -> Results layout panel: https://i.imgur.com/eLNHSjZ.png
It might not display a 100% accurate number of remaining results, but should certainly do the job.
Best,Thanks. That’s just what I needed.
