It seems that I cannot activate the category filter or the custom fields filter.
The expert rating range is base on a custom fields that has a number from 0 to 5 in it.
April 4, 2017 at 12:57 pm #12582Hi,
Thanks for the log-in information, I have checked your configuration and found a few errors there.
1. Both date filters were set to the same default date, which filtered out all possible results. I have changed that like so: https://i.imgur.com/n34jS1r.png
2. The custom field holding the star rating seems to be empty for all the posts I have opened in the editor. This means that they were all filtered, because the value did not match into the 1-5 interval, since it was not existent. There is an option, which I have enabled, to allow empty values when filtering: https://i.imgur.com/TvvMRPG.png
This was preventing all other filtering as well. Now you should start seeing results.
Best,
Ernest Marcinko

Another thing. When I search for venture capital or social media, Ajax Search Pro gives me no results did you mean: venture etc. However, I know that a few articles are addressing the vc topic.
This is on live (same username and password)
Once again, thank you very much for your help!
April 18, 2017 at 10:51 am #12733Hi!
You are very welcome!
My guess is because of the date filter: https://i.imgur.com/G0eQoaL.png
Best,
The results might be out the date range you have set.
