Is it possible to auto correct search spelling / Search for the similar words?
Unless you spell something that matches the post, it doesnt bring it up

Unfortunately that is not possible, it would require more advanced linguistics or AI, or a server side special search module (like elasticsearch), but that is way beyond the plugins capabilities.
You can use the synomys interface, if you have only a few common typos.
