I will provide more site details if necessary to get you access.

I just bought PRO version for a specific feature

I want to search for a customer data filed AND a fraction of the POST title at the same time.

I can’t it to search for the custom data filed by it self or the Title by it self…but I cant get the AND function to work accross both fields.

When I spoke to Ernest in pre sales process –he started that PRO can do it because of indexing.

I think I am just a few short steps away,

    Mike

    Hi Mike,

Make sure that you have the index table engine configured and enabled, because by default it is not in use.
    Please follow these steps:
    – What is the index table?Configuring & Generating the index table
    Enabling the index table

Once it is configured, generated and enabled, it should start working.

    Hi Ernest–thanks–good man –that works.

    My next small issue.

When I get the selected post –the text comes up BOLD..see screen shot. On another site I have the lite version running–its not BOLD. I would like to have un bold. BTW before I upgraded to PRO–it was all “un bold”–so I did not change anything at the site level..I am thinkign thsi is a plugin setting?

Any advice–how do I get “un bold text”?

    Thanks
    Mike

    Hi,

You can change the font-weight on the Theme Options -> Typography panel, here: https://i.imgur.com/g8fhzKA.png
If you change it from ‘Bold’ to ‘Normal’ it will do the trick.
