Search Issue

Hi There,

I’m having problems with the filtering results from thr Ajax Pro Plugin.

If you look at ‘New 2’

I’m trying to get the results to display Brazil in this example throiugh the main search field and through the dropdown options. I’m trying to do this so that the usr can access through either way. When I type in Brazil it’s not finding the results, however it finds the results through the drop down menu. Could you let me know what I’m doing wrond as I can’t work out why it’s not filtering results through the main search bar.

Thank you for the proper details, it helps me lot 🙂

I think I see the problem. You have the ‘Portfolio’ post type selected to be returned as results. However only the post title is selected to search, nothing else. I think you are looking to search by portfolio categories, so I have enabled this option, under the General Options -> Sources panel: https://i.imgur.com/XGHvyON.png

Now the plugin will return matches based on taxonomy terms (including portfolio categories).
