To whom it may concern
I am having problems, when I search. When I search for a specific name of a article it doesn’t come up first, but if i scroll down then i find. Can you help me with this problem.
I would like exact name to show first and next the closet match to the item i searched for.

Hi Anne,
It highly depends on your search logic configuration. I would suggest one of these two configurations, it may help to achieve the required results:
Best,
– Configuration 1
– Configuration 2
The second configuration is a bit more strict, but it may suit your needs better.
