Very slow search loading time

Hello,

Bought this product a few days ago. I would like return it and get money back. Because I must wait about 7-10seconds to find products in my web. It is not accetible for me. There are others plugins with instant search like “WooCommerce Search Box”.

In product review was not marked about search delays. Thank you for support.

Hi,

The plugin search speed is mostly dependent on your server/hosting performance + your plugin configuration. 7-10 seconds is unusually slow, so I highly recommend checking the performance guide and the plugin search speed optimisation guide in the documentation:

I didn`t find reason solve problem. I am using wordpress 5 years was not such problems with plugins speeds. All other my plugins and webpage works perfect with great loading time.

I would like recieive money back. Thanks

Hi,

I don’t see you made any of the suggested changes in the documentation, the configuration is still the default.

Moreover I have measured the search speed and it’s around 3 seconds every time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cl4nfmtS9pc&feature=youtu.be

It is still performs faster than your overall random non-cached (first time view) site load time, which is 6 seconds:

The initial server response was 5.05 seconds (6.05 overall with rendering), so it took around 5 seconds for wordpress to generate the page. The search however responds in around 3, so it is still almost 40% faster than your server response.

With the optimisations it could get much better.
